Dear Diane,dear shaded viewers,

The neon light, called the fluid light , has always inspired artists , filmakers , musicians.

From Dan Flavin, the father minimalism contemporary art, started his first mature work with neon light , to Jack Kerouack that in the 65 chorus of San Francisco Blues says "the neon vibrate in red".

It was in the 1912 when the first neon advertising appeared in Piccadilly Circus. Angelos Frentzos has decided to tribute this anniversary with his ELECTRIC YOUTH SS13 MEN COLLECTION.

Prints are the core of neon inspiration, cement walls colored with colorful light bars or writings, every unit seems structured by print..

The parkas , one of Angelos' latest obsessions  are tender and fluent , with a play of strings that transforms into a high tech tunic.  Even thought it appears that the gothic spirit has disappeared, a vibrant force of youth culture with a strong  music background is what vibrates. He uses light which has fascinated artists and poets in contemporary metropolis.
