The cult of communion merges with Bauhaus to make a iconic Givenchy S/S 13 show

Dear Shaded Viewers,

Riccardo Tisci went back to his Southern routes and explored the cult of communion. Classical Madonnas are rendered in  water colors, using blurred effect framed in graphic cubes, X-ray superimposition and computerized manipulations all to a great and powerful effect.

The collection is romantic and sharp at the same time, mixing religious iconography with clean lines coming from the Bauhaus. It's as much about pristine tailoring as it is about the pure, religious experience of the saintly collection.
