Last night I brought Diane’s birthday greetings to Roxanne Lowit at Roxanne’s bday celebration at Parlor, a private-members club in Soho. For those who don’t know, Roxanne is a pioneer of backstage photography and, among other things, documented the heady days of Studio 54. (You can check out her work here.) Parlor is hung with an installation of work, including photos of YSL, Andy, Dali, Kate, Naomi & more. The party last night definitely had a bit of a 54 vibe to it.
