ok so i realise that for some this is a bit of a schelp
but…
when i first found this shop it honestly was one of this ohmigod stop the car moments. the only other time i had that i was in rumania and it was 1995; so you can imagine i am hard to please and indeed impress on the retail front.
there are too many amazing one-off shops struggling right now and this vintage haven is a true treasure trove. lizzie knows her frocks and the stories to each are as alluring as are the piles of killer dresses, bags etc to be found and fall in love with.
this thursday evening, i offered to help lizzie promote her shop to fashionistas and friends with a pre halloween shopping night.
there is a 20% discount on the night and djing by the lovely laura, who has a retro style, goody bags filled with anthea fullerton nail products, ghost stories, and more + refreshments, and me and my girls there to help style you up into your halloween/party girl looks.
the address is:-
mishka vintage
210-212 middle lane
n8 7la
nearest tube is finsbury park and the w3 bus, or turnpike lane and then the bus to hornsey – like a said a bit of a schelp
or the bus down from muswell hill.
i will be there from 5pm with dukey in an amazing look of spookiness, which i can't quite believe i found, then with my girls helping shoppers to look fabulous.
margot kindly designed the invite, i would love to see you there and please do feel free to tell friends: upload the deets to your blogs etc etc.
big kiss,
