Dear Shaded Viewers,
Dries Van Noten's show was poetic, serene and incredibly beautiful. Reconciling nature with the city, he worked with exclusive landscape prints and used photographs of night cityscapes, which adorned several garments. There was also a Spanish influence with toreador jackets and black lace, combined with dramatic skirt and coat shapes. He added volume to the back, giving an Old World Couture feel to elegant, everyday pieces. It was a refined, feminine and emotional outing.

A black coat, which was embroidered with geometric, colored gems, was an instant classic.

Best,
Philippe
