Dear Diane, Dear Shaded Viewers,

Saturday from 6PM-10PM is the cocktail opening for A Current Affair vintage pop-up. It is on again Sunday from 11AM-5PM, so its just 2 days to see some of the best and most edited relevant vintage in the Los Angeles area. Celebrating its 4th show, A Current Affair is back in downtown Los Angeles in the penthouse of the Cooper Building.

Over 25 private dealers and boutiques will be on hand with fantastic finds for men and women. I've previewed some of fantastic pieces from the likes of Lanvin, Chanel, Claude Montana, Dries Van Noten. Other great things to look out for: designer handbags from the 1930-1990s from Classic Clutches; sexy 1950s-60s dresses from GlamAmor; Victorian era pieces to Madmen style from Nakia; Echo Park's best vintage dealer Tavin; Fashion by Robert Black's Scottsdale-based amazing selection of gorgeous Galanos and Gernreich gowns; Fortuny to Alaia from Siren vintage, and so much more!

Melissa Coker, the LA & NY-based designer of Wren, is the September event's hostess. She will curate a selection of 10 looks culled from the booths onsite and will also sell some of her own vintage inspiration pieces as well as the collaborative handbags designed by Wren and Clare Vivier.
