Dear Shaded Viewers,
It is a bit like Day of the Locusts…while walking through the botanical garden with Patty Huntington we heard a bit of noise, looked up in the trees and hanging upside down in almost every tree were groups of bats. A park keeper told us they were teenagers having a bit of a sleep.
Literally every tree was full of hanging bats.
