Dear Diane and Dear Shaded Viewers,
140.000 tulips (all planted by hand) bloomed on time this week at the opening of an amazing installation in Cothen (central Holland) in a landscape otherwise populated by sleepy cows.
This is the collaboration of master florist and interior designer Menno Kroon & Ronald van der Hilst, the artist and landscape gardener based in Antwerp. The exposition will continue Saturday & Sunday May 1st and 2nd. Then the tulips will fade and only reappear next April.
