Dear Shaded Viewers,
Normally I'm a tea drinker but this morning when the charming waiter at the Grand Hotel Et De Milan proposed a cappuccino, I thought, I'm in Italy, why not? What a lovely surprise, it arrived with a heart. The heart was still there at the bottom of the cup.
I enjoyed it so much I had another.
Last night I was too tired to do anything so I ordered room service. It was delicious. I had a perfect nights sleep and a lovely bubble bath. If you are coming to Milan and looking for a charming old world hotel, which I must admit is my favorite kind of hotel, this is the place for you. The location is perfect and even though the hotel dates back to 1863…the internet works.
