After Kim graduated from Central Saint Martins he launched his own brand to great success. When Kim was approached by Alfred Dunhill to be their Creative DIrector he was delighted and told me that when he created his own brand his dream was to end up as the Creative Director of a luxury brand. With absolutely no regrets, Kim focused his attention on Alfred Dunhill going through their archives and studying it's founder and the house's amazing past. With Kim's own reputation for modernity and innovation the new collaboration met with great success. Kim is only the second Creative DIrector at Alfred Dunhill, the other Creative Director was Alfred Dunhill himself.
This is Kim's second British Menswear designer of the year award. Before becoming the Creative Director at Dunhill, Kim was a designer, creative director, fashion editor and stylist for some of the most influential brands including: Mulberry, Hugo Boss, Umbro, Louis Vuitton, New York Times 'T',, Arena Homme +, V Magazine, POP, etc. The British Fashion Awards is considered the most prestigious and was voted on by 500 of industries most powerful leaders.
