Crisis? Culture does not lose value! The collaboration between Odasho and Wafrica

Serge Mouangue is behind the brand Wafrica. I asked him to let me know what he is up to now and the result is a collaboration between Odasho and Wafrica.

Odasho is one of the most respected Kimono makers in Kyoto, Japan. The new collaboration was shown at Kenninji Temple in Gion area earlier this month.

"The collection is based on African mythology, Odasho proposed that I create an experimental collection of work for the end of year 2009. THe question is: "Can reinvented culture help bring hope? That is my aim: to look at our common future closely."
