Dear Shaded Viewers,
Probably by now you’ve all heard that the next designer collaboration with H&M will be Rei Kawakubo. Everyone that I know cannot wait to see what she will come up with. The launch will be early November and at the same H&M will be opening its first 10,000 square foot shop in Tokyo’s Ginza district. For those of you who don’t know Tokyo, that’s like opening on the upper east side of NYC. Another 16,000 square foot shop will open in Harajuku.
Rei Kawakubo will design for women, men and children and accessories and a unisex fragrance. Margareta van Den Bosch retired from H&M but will continue to work part time, what a way to go. Congratulations Margareta.
