David Gil and I made a day trip to La Cambre today to celebrate theirr 20th anniversary and the presentation of La Cambre Mode 1986-2006. La Cambre is a school of art dedicated to the teaching of fashion.

THis is David Gil the day before our trip to La Cambre we went to the Ministry of Culture to speak about the possibility of screening You Wear it Well in Paris.

I’ve only now began to look through this delightful book of inspirations. I was happy to see that Jeremy Dhennin had the cover. When I met Jeremy at the festival d’Hyeres a few years ago he was presenting his men’s wear collection and at that time was a skin head. I’m loving his new curly locks. It was great to see Franc’ Pairon, the founder of La Cambre and the director of IFM post graduate program. Both Franc’ and Tony Delcampe, head of La Cambre Mode gave warm and wonderful opening birthday speechs. David and I got a bit lost and landed in this room before finding our way to the reception. The book will be available world wide.
