It was Jerry's first feature film after being a celebrated fashion photographer, because he had been a fashion photographer he was not taken seriously at first in the USA while France welcomed him warmly and the rest is history.His films are as powerful now as they were in the 1970's not to mention his iconic photographic work. I have so much respect for both directors. Without the support of my friends @robinmeason @christinedelassus @juleskim @blisslau @goodpeoples I cannot even imagine the event.

I just read in @bof that @bengorham is leaving @of I just read in @bof that @bengorham is leaving @officialbyredo this month and could not resist publishing when we offered him a page of advertising in the one print issue of @therafaeljimenez s magazine Iqons where I was editor in chief . I first met @bengorham years before at +46 in Sweden when he was just starting his brand and had been assigned as my driver. Already his bath products were in the beautiful hotel where the press was staying. I insisted he put his handsome face in the ad as it would help build his dream. He resisted at first but consented and the rest is the history of his very successful career. On a side note @therafaeljimenez launched the magazine in 2006 when most people were only starting to use computers. He left in 2009. #perfume #paris #publishing Also I asked @imranamed to write an article which funny enough completes the circle then in Iqons and today in @bof A little #fashionhistory
