The Margulies Collection at the Warehouse is located in a 45,000 square foot retro-fitted warehouse in the Wynwood Arts District of Miami. It opened in 1999 and has been exhibiting photography, video, sculpture, painting and installation art . The Mission of the collection is to produce hundreds of educational programs and initiatives for artists. The longtime curator of the collection is Katherine Hinds.
Years ago I took a photography workshop with Mary Ellen Mark and Ralph Gibson and thoroughly enjoyed Mary Ellen Mark's American Odyssey Series 1963- 1999, 18 silver gelatin prints.
