Pucci’s Next Show to Take Place in Portofino by Bethany Berkeley

Pucci heads to Portofino for next show

Dear Shaded Viewers,

Pucci is set to unveil its latest collection in Portofino, the iconic Italian Riviera destination on April 4th. Camille Miceli, who assumed the role of Pucci’s Creative Director in September 2021, will continue her Italian tour with this showcase, set in a legendary resort frequented by the international jet-set in the 1960s and 1970s.

The show will be centered around “Marmo,” the distinctive wave-like motif that has become a hallmark of the label, renowned for its psychedelic aesthetic. Inspired by the vibrant veining of marble, Marmo was originally conceived in 1968 by founder Emilio Pucci and one of the first of his celebrated prints Miceli brought to the forefront.

Although no details about the show venue have not been disclosed, the presentation is sure to be breathtaking and also adopt the ‘See Now, Buy Now’ strategy seen in the shows that have gone before.
