Dear Shaded Viewers,
CHENPENG is a designer with no boundaries as far as who he is designing for he does not consider gender, size or age what interests him is character and attitude. This season was my introduction to his work and I was impressed by his personality shining through the pieces. It is the first time I’ve seen a down evening wear collection mostly in black with the symbol of the rose representing love as the thread running through the pieces.
Sustainable materials include: recycled nylon, bionic crocodile leather, velvet jacquard and artificial crystal.
CHENPENG was the Chief Costume designer for Beijing Winter Olympic Games Opening Ceremony in 2022, he collaborated with MONCLER GENIUS in 2021, was a semi-finalist of the LVMH Prize 2022, just to name a few of his achievements.
