I’ve been the happy owner of the first Gucci and Comme des Garcons shopper and have been using it with great pleasure. The new one however is Black. The limited-edition tote blends the signs and codes of the two Houses, this is their third drop. The tote has a see through outer “shell” over a paper “inner”which is black closing the circle of this experimental process.
The Comme des Garcons logo is printed in white on the black surface interrupted by the Gucci ribbon running vertically along the length of the bag. Gucci will drop the limited-edition tote tomorrow exclusively on vault.gucci.com, the House’s new online concept store and will also be available in selected Comme des Garcons stores worldwide and at the Dover Street Market Ginza, London, New York, Los Angeles, Beijing and Singapore as well as DSM E-Shops.
