BIANCA SAUNDERS receives the ANDAM FASHION AWARD. Specialising in menswear that challenges the modern perception of masculinity through her employment of innovative tailoring and fabric techniques, the London-based designer has become known for distinctive ready-to-wear and accessories collections that draw upon her British-Jamaican heritage.

Saunders plans to use to the additional funding to take the brand to the next level by reinvesting in company infrastructure, growing brand presence internationally and hosting her first physical runway show on the official Fashion Week calendar.

The Pierre Bergé Prize, which focuses on young French companies and is worth 100,000 euros, went to EgonLab.

The Fashion Accessories Prize, which comes with a sum of 50,000 euros, went to leather goods specialist Aswad.
