Dear Shaded Viewers,
The Yarn Bombing Festival Milano proposed 100 colourful crocheted works of art from all over the world, from Australia to Brazil from Great Britain to South Africa. This is the biggest exhibition of creative crochet and desires to promote the art of crochet. Yarn Bombing was launched on social networks IG and FB. One installation is called Fobia Sociale, composed of thousands of eyes of different colours and yarns created to give voice to all people suffering from Social Anxiety Disorder.
The Yarn Bombing Festival Milano will donate the proceeds of the works sold to Caritas Ambrosiana, in support of the Solidarity Emporium of Municipio 3.
