It has only been one month since the latest collaboration between Asics and GmbH. The last sneaker collaboration between the two brands was a great success, the sneakers actually sold out in a few hours after they were released, so it’s no surprise to see a new collaboration being released so quick. It makes sense that Asics has given GmbH more freedom to design more representative of the designer this time, something closer to the GmbH normcore, hyper industrial brand theme. With freedom comes responsibility tho, the question is: Did GmbH hit the mark with the new sneaker? Personally, I will wait to see them worn and styled by fashion guys to make my conclusions.

The shoe is made of vegan leather, the texture is definitely nice and the juxtaposition of an office wear shoe and the tech-aesthetic of the sneaker sole is fun design wise.
The sneakers are sold in GmbH’s online shop and retail for 215 Euros.
