Tiaan Nagel is a 37 year old designer from Johannesburg who wants to make clothes that are sustainable and not overly romantic. He’s opened a new flagship store in Hyde Park Corner, Johannesburg. His Remember You Are Summer collection is a personal look into the past, present and future of the Tiaan Nagel brand with inspiration taken from the ceramics of South African Studio Pottery like Rorkes Drift, Esias Bosch and Andrew Walford as well as poetry by Ntokozo Mbokazi.
