Dear Shaded Viewers,

Michelle Du Xuan’s photography series “world’s end” contains 4 fine art prints that she created in Paris in collaboration with Emeline Piot+Mathon Paris.

Human bodies appear as cracking landscapes, plastic bottle as oceanic creatures, burnt woods and flowers …All in a poetic and colorful language that has been composed in the studio with metaphoric narratives that reflects the photographer’s  thinking on the world we live in nowadays. Global warming, plastic pollution, chain reactions, what seemed to be abstract before is becoming more and more representational. What happens in the world’s end? What is there left standing alone ?

“We are destroying all the beauty in the world”
