Tiffany Bouelle Mauvais Reves August 5th Pavillon des Canaux opening at 7 pm

Dear Shaded Viewers,

I am happy to report on the first exhibition of Tiffany Bouelle “Mauvais Rêves” which is part of the Collectif Gribouilli edition organised by Laure-Anne Tchen Cardenas held at The Pavillon des Canaux.

I have known the French-Japanese artist since she was around five years old and a few years ago she was interning at ASVOFF and I remember every time I came back to Headquarters after a trip she left amazing drawings on the computer screen that always gave me great pleasure. Enough about me, Bouelle is a performance artist, an illustrator, creates loveable creatures as toys and she bakes amazing scones.

You will be able to experience her magical world on Saturday as she explores the theme of nightmares in the naive universe of childhood through a series of 10 pop-op illustrations. See you there?

Research boards reflecting the poetic reflections of the artist on paradoxical sleep will also be exposed.
Visitors are invited to discover her naive and harrowing works reflecting the fascination Bouelle has for horror movies, comics and fantasy.
Later,
Diane
