Dear Shaded Viewers,
Designer Bijules is taking to the streets and projecting her latest film “Last Call” to launch her Bridal Collection.
“Last Call”, Bijules most recent jewellery video collaboration is with Parisian-based Camille Semprez and Tianes Montasser, and will be illuminated on the Bowery Graffiti Wall located at 76 E Houston Street in partnership with WallTime.
Walltime enables video sharing via light projections on giant walls in New York City. With the free Walltime app, Bijules fans and clients can witness the “Last Call” video installation live and remotely via webcam, while listening to its soundtrack by the Electronic Concept Orchestra. By making virtual content real the limits of the small screen is expanded to the streets of New York as canvasses for creative thought and expression. The Bijules tribe can instantly donate to the Bowery Residence Committee, strengthening the local community in proximity to the jewellery designer’s atelier.
Bijules will now become exclusively bespoke and custom and she will be out there in the cold hosting press appointments.
In March there will be a new web address…bijules.me.
In the meantime, as a teaser:
Intoxicated and fiending for that last drop of courage, “Last Call” presents the Bijules Bridal collection in all its golden glamour. Submerged in a champagne stupor, the rings tittillate and flirt until last call. Choose your engagement ring with care before all your best options leave with someone else.
