Dear Shaded Viewers,
Tonight through to the 26th of November Bruce LaBruce is the special guest of Salo under the artistic direction of Luizo Vega. Each night has a theme around a film chosen by Bruce LaBruce. There will be feature films, short films and a selection of film extraits based on films that have inspired LaBruce. During the weekend there will be a casting and shooting for LaBruce’s next film
Thursday night: Cabaret with pole dancing by Luizo Vega & Regina Demina accompanied by “Dance Stars”: Ju Demon, Thomas Lagreve, Ekoda, Nomai with DJ sets by Bruce LaBruce using music from films he will be accompanied by Maxime Iko (Cockorico-Le Bal Con) along with breakdancers and other surprise performances.
Friday night the theme is : Maitresse with a casting call by Dracula is Not Dead: “I Wanna Be Your Slave.” On the jury will be Beatrice Dalle and Francois Sagat in order to select the best slave of the night. More pole dancing as stated above.
Saturday: Klute is the theme with a take on luxury fashion show a bit out of the box.
