Halloween Dog Parade (October 24)

Saturday afternoon, I was in Tompkins Square Park for the annual Halloween Dog Parade.

It's the time of the year where doggies (and sometimes their masters) dress up in costumes.

It's always one of my favorite events to go to in New York City.
