Dear Diane and Shaded Viewers,
Reba Maybury celebrated the launch of her new newspaper at Bistrotheque. Radical People is a newspaper celebrating the subversive behavior that has moved our society forward into a more compassionate place, and featuring a cross section of pioneering politicians, musicians, artists, writers, activists, performers and muses of the last fifty years. The newspaper has been created by Reba Maybury with specially commissioned portraits by Iain McKell and graphics by Jamie Reid.
The launch of the newspaper was filled with guest accompanied with seafood rolls and chips with curry sauce, along with crayfish, clams and scallops. Wolfgang Tillmans, Susanne Deeken, Nasir Mazhar, Julie Verhoeven, Ashley Williams, Lev Tanju and Fred Butler were a few out of many guest that joined the celebration.
