FILM SYNOPSIS: ”JUMPER” is a short film written and directed by Justin Anderson. Inspired by David Hockney’s ”swimming pool series” and the 1968 Pasolini film ”Teorema” , the film focuses on a middle-class family of four, whose lives are invaded by an enigmatic visitor to whom they are all individually connected. His presence creates an unnerving effect. Set within a 20th century modern villa in Spain and edited in a way that is purposefully confusing, ”Jumper” pulls the viewer into a melee of ambiguity, wherein all of its characters are lost.
DIRECTOR’S BIO: Justin is a celebrated director working in fashion, music and advertising.
