Dear Shaded Viewers,
After lunch today I passed by Galeries Lafayette with the designer behind the brand SHAOO and SHAOO Shadow, Wen Wei Tong. She showed me her hand carved jade pieces set in gold. One particular jade ring that caught my eye took 2 weeks to carve.
Wen Wei was born in Shanghai , but moved to Paris 15 years ago to study fashion and has never left. Primarily she works in jade for the SHAOO collection and in leather for the SHAOO Shadow line both collections are available at her corners in Galeries Lafayette.
