I cannot believe that it took me so long to go and see this show. Lucio Fontana spent his entire career trying to change our perception of space. He was born in Argentina in 1899. He is known mostly for his ripped canvases but there is so much more of him to discover in his retrospective. He spent his life experimenting, art to him was as essential as breathing.
