Dear Shaded Viewers,
With the Fashion Design Award behind us and leaving late that day, I was a tourist again. First Yvette Tang, Flora Lau and I went to the 798 daxenzi art district where there was an interesting curation by Marianne Brouwer of Hans van Dijk: 5000 Names. It was an interesting reflection on Chinese art from a few decades ago, 5,000 artists to be exact. We had a lovely meeting at the Summer Palace, well one of the Summer Palaces and visited the designer Vega, you saw her interview on my site a few days ago. Flora got the idea that she should take photos of me with unusual settings, hence the sleeping unsuspecting guy…
