I just read the story about the English photographer Jamie Hawkesworth in the new Double Magazine.
Having a big passion lay in documentary photography, Jamie’s inspiration comes from daily life, as we can see, lots of photos are taken in the street, near bus stops, or at school gates. We can feel the vibe of England from these beautiful old days color.
Teenagers, old ladies, school girls, sportswear boys, everyone plays a strong role by being themselves, in a natural way, that’s what I have seen from Jamie’s photos, and sometimes I can’t help imaging if those young couple were waiting for someone important in the train.
With his particular sense to see and describe things, Jamie Hawkesworth defines the “ Fear of Youth” with his own way.
