Dear Shaded Viewers,
'A Shaded View on Food' was a wonderful collaboration with TAKAZAWA who customized the dinner around yours truly and ASVOFF. With each course, a sparkling vintage Dom Perignon. They were all sublime but I did have my favorite vintages, Dom Perignon OEnotheque Vintage 1995 and the Dom Perignon Rose Vintage 2003. And all the while the room was mapped in ASVOFF videos.
Totally magical experience.
