For the past five years the German designers, Howitzweissbach, have produced their garments in the Ore Mountains (in German: “Erzgebirge”). They would like you to discover the magic of their homeland. Textiles, colours, toys and musical instruments have been produced in the Erzgebirge for hundreds of years. It is the land of fairy tales. A landscape covered with beautiful deep green trees, clear-cut rocks and powerful rivers. "We transformed the characteristic toy world of the Erzgebirge into voluminous garments: Wooden Organic Silk meets smooth hand-painted Cotton." said the designers.
