SHORT FILM SYNOPSIS:
“Where the Girls Are” follows three men with cameras as they take pictures of models outside the fashion shows in New York and Paris. This documentary explores what happens on the fringes of the fashion world. It looks at beauty and femininity, and the power of photography to connect people.
 
SHORT DIRECTOR BIO:
Salome Oggenfuss was born in Zurich and lives and works in Brooklyn. She graduated from the Glasgow School of Art;  her film and photography work has been exhibited internationally. She has worked in the casting field in New York over the past three years where she met one of the subjects of her documentary film.
