Dear Shaded Viewers,
I know I should be talking about the fashion but I was over the moon to be at the first day of shooting, thanks to the designer Rad Hourani, who had asked me if I'd come a little early to his couture show as the director Larry Clark had asked him to have a few people there in advance of his shoot. The film stars Pete Doherty and is about a group of self-destructive skateboarders in Paris. Although I did not meet Pete Doherty, he was not in this scene, I did meet the director Larry Clark and a few of his actresses, including the breathtakingly beautiul, Diane, it is her first part as an actress. She hasn't even acted in short films. The film is produced by Gerard Lacroix and Pierre-Paul Puljiz, Pierre-Paul is a member of ASVOFF 6's jury. Lucky coincidence as I was a surprise guest for him at the shooting. Bigger and Better surprise was Michael Pitt who was there as a trainee on the film, I imagine he is in training to direct his own feature film…?
