Dear Shaded Viewers,
I had an interesting conversation with Adam Jones, knit wear designer. I met him when he was doing knits for Dior during the John Galliano years, then he went to Kenzo and then launched his own collection. In fact I think I was the first person to interview him for his own brand, he was a press virgin and I was working at Dutch. Well, lots has happened since then. Over the past few years he has embarked on a pioneering concept which embraces fashion, balance and wellness. With a team of international experts he has developed a highly innovative knitting yarn spun from carbon, bamboo and cashmere. When people ask me what do I see for the future of fashion well…this is it. This and interactive glasses, bracelets, woven bits into clothing. Back to Yarnlight Collective, the yarn offers dual sources of vitality for the wearer, it not only acts as a natural shield protecting one from harmful electromagnetic pollution but it also is a source for renewing and balancing energy which then reduces the stress level. Sounds quite like a miracle doesn't it? I can only imagine where it is going and the impact that it will have.
The groundbreaking aspect of this patented innovation is the pure imprint of healing energy encapsulated in the yarn by professional energy healers from around the world. This sweater has been tested on different types of people around the planet and the findings are extremely interesting. The specialists of the Yarnlight Collective united in Paris and imprinted energy into the yarn using a very specific process combining intuitive healing and quantum physics. With this yarn, Adam Jones conceived a beautiful cocoon sweater pictured above. The sweater has been tested by international scientists including notably Dr. W. Tiller of Stanford University, T.E.S. Lab in Italy and Lutz Rabe of the Bioelectrophonics institute in Germany. The tests demonstrate conclusive evidence of imprinted energy and a capacity to balance the human energy field.
"We believe that wearing these sweaters will help people to find a sense of balance, well-being and calm. A percentage of profits from the yarnlight sales is donated to charities promoting meditation and wellness. Tomorrow I'll post the video interview and you'll hear more from the creator, Adam Jones. In the meantime you might want to visit his website. The price is reasonable, democratic, and it is one size fits all. For now it is just this one item plus scarves all with the power to balance energy, Each time you put on the sweater there is a mini meditation that you do, instructions come in the package, and this few minutes a day re-boots the healing power.

This is how you re-boot the healing power of the sweater.
The sweater out of the box.
The real interview is still uploading so you'll have to wait for that but I find the project fascinating.
Later,
