Dear Shaded Viewers, My dear friend the artist Paola Piglia invited me to London to help celebrate her birthday. We met in NYC in 1987 when i was a designer and she was my client she found me my first apartment in Paris in 1990 and we have remained close friends over the years. She asked me to choose a hotel and i chose Blake’s as i had remembered staying here when I was a fashion editor for Joyce Ma . Great bathtub and kind of Orient Express decor. Later Diane
