RIP Hortensia de Hutten – the service is on Wednesday, directions below

Dear Shaded Viewers,

I was sad to hear that Hortensia de Hutten passed away. I have a fond memory of a shoot I did with her when I was the fashion editor of Joyce Hong Kong, must have been around 1996 or 97, I dressed her in MMM, photographer was Gustavo Ten Hoever. It was quite funny we did the photo shoot in the cemetary Pere Lachasise without any permits and driving into the cemetary we got stopped. At the request of Gustavo, I acted like the grieving widow unable to speak when they asked which grave site we were visiting. Picture the car with Hortensia, the make up artist, Gustavo's assistant and myself…anyway, I guess my acting was good enough as we got the shot and we all got a good laugh out of it.

Information from Hortensia's children:

"Our mother died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday 23rd in the early morning.
