Dear Shaded Viewers,
Just came back from the screening of The Act of Killing at CPH: DOX, Chilling, Powerful, thought provoking…even beautiful and sometimes funny…I know that does not really make sense but you will see what I mean if you watch it. I think the film could have as powerful an effect as Erroll Morris' The Thin Blue Line. For sure in Indonesia if not world wide…a documentary that forces you to observe the mind of the perpetrator.
