Desi Santiago, Charlie Le Mindu waiting for the Woodkid concert to start
Dear Shaded Viewers,
I cannot even begin to tell you how great this concert was and how it made me feel to know Woodkid from the beginning of his career and to see a huge concert hall filled with people screaming out his name and the constant thunderous applause. Yoanne Lemoine aka Woodkid not only writes the music, performs it, shoots the film, does the graphics and I imagine the lighting design as well, but that bit I don’t really know. I was sitting next to Jean Charles Castelbajac and he was saying that this was the audience’s introduction to classical music and opera and they went wild.
I remember sitting in his living room and him telling me that it was his dream to have a 26 + orchestra playing with him and in less than 3 years he fullfilled his dreams. It was amazing.
