Dear Shaded Viewers,
It took about 4 hours for my room to be ready, hence no jewels…but it is lovely at the Hotel Martinez. I've already run into Stefano Tonchi in the lobby and Fantastic Man and of course Marco de Rivera. Last year when I was here I was wearing a new coat by Dries Van Noten and this year…another new Dries coat which I really love. So I think Dries and Cannes have a special meaning for me. Lots going on, will report more later. Had a lovely lunch with all the guests of G Star and soon more activities…their new shop opens at 26 rue d'Antibes later tonight..and…the sun has came out…after 72 hours of rain at Cannes.
