When I was in Tokyo last month I tasted a very unusual type of bancha tea,
Kyo bancha
???
makes you feel like you are in the woods sitting in front of a campfire. Akiko Hamaoka found it for me and today I wanted to try it out on David and Silvia. It has a very particular taste and actually, they liked it.
