My friend Justin Vivian Bond opened last night at Sentier des Halles in Paris.
My entire activist history flashed in front of me. 1968 (Paris and New York),
1969 (STONEWALL RIOTS) 1987 (ACT UP). Singing his own compositions as well as
standards, especially Something Cool , where he infuses a political fire that has
us all on our feet.
