Caixa Forum Barcelona is welcoming ASVOFF Barcelona 25, 26, 27 January 2012. The press conference was held today to announce the opening of the 3 competitions especially created for ASVOFF Barcelona.It also was the launch of the ASVOFF Barcelona website. The 3 competitions are : Official, Students and a Mobile Fashion Film Competition. The Mobile competition is an online competition asvoff.es and will be voted on by you, the public. The official ASVOFF & Students competitons will be judged by well known and highly respected international jury members.

Jury members for ASVOFF.ES include Glen Adamson curator of Victoria and Albert Museum, Francessca Thyssen from Thyssen-Bornemiza Art Contemporary, Viennaand Alanna Heiss, founder and Director of PS 1, Contemporary Art Centre, NYC.

For the Student Compeition " AMUSE" is the brief and the film is to be one minute. DEADLINE December 1, 2011. The Mobile Fashion FIlm Competion is one minute, one short film filmed on a mobile phone and emailed for direct upload to: mobilefashion@asvoff.es. Competition Open 1 August – 1 December.
