Dear Pagan Shaded Viewers,

The summer solstice may have been a few days ago (and was even commemorated early in Coney Island), but don't forget to celebrate another start-of-summer date. Tomorrow, June 24, is one of the most important and unique holidays on the Swedish calendar: Midsummer. This pagan holiday is all about embracing magic and celebrating life and fertility. And how will this pagan Italian-American be celebrating this auspicious event, you ask? I'll be sipping Kanon Organic Vodka Midsummer Cocktails at a joyous Midsummer's Eve soiree hosted by The Swede Beat in a downtown, outdoor New York location with friends (and produced by Kelly Cutrone's People's Revolution). Yes, it's a private party (sorry, dolls!) but you can still enjoy this refreshing libation on your very own penthouse patio or fire escape, anywhere in the world. How? Well, I'm going to share the recipe with you, darlings!
