Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty May 4, 2011

The exhibition is organized by the Costume Institute and will celebrate the late Alexander McQueen's contributions to fashion. The journey begins with his 1992 postgraduate collection to his final runway presentation which took place after his death in Feb 2010. More than 100 samples will be on display including signature designs like bumster trousers, kimono jacket and the Origami frock coat.
