CARVEN EVENT AT HUNTING AND COLLECTING – TEXT BY PHILIPPE POURHASHEMI PHOTOS BY VINCENT DECHAMPS

Dear Shaded Viewers,

Spring is around the corner and it's time to start thinking about what to wear next. You will find some good options in Carven's collection, designed by Frenchman Guillaume Henry. Henry designs fashionable clothes women he knows can actually afford without going bankrupt. As fashion is more and more about extremes -fast fashion and designer luxury being the two driving forces- it's refreshing to see someone making the middle segment work. A few models were in the store, being drawn by illustrators and shot by visitors. It was a series of sweet tableaux vivants where Brussels and Paris seemed happy to meet.
