Dear Diane, Dear Shaded Viewers,
I was at a most amazing private house that I have ever visited in Japan. It was a 200 years farm house which was transported to the top of Genjiyama hill in Kamakura 35 years ago. The owener was an architect/art dealer of ancient Japanese art – his collection was speechless. I could not take any photos of his house for public use so here is the view from the top floor of one of his houses. He owns 3 beautiful houses in Kamakura, the historical city – 1 hour train ride from Tokyo.
